Phillip Ritchie first became famous in England for his work restoring classic cars including Bentleys, Jaguars ,60s and 70s American cars, including Mustangs, Barracudas, and TransAms. He has built hot rods for rock stars, including Jeff Beck and Roger Daltrey of The Who.

Phil became a legend designing and creating street rods in London and his fame grew as people discovered he was the builder and custom painter of Duckhams oil drag race, “Money Hungry Camaro”. His work has been featured in Custom Car, Classic Car, and many other automotive magazines.

Phil’s keen eye for all things beautiful, his connections with the magazine industry and his incredible talent eventually led him to become a commercial fashion fine art photographer in Orange County, California. Working in his Costa Mesa, Orange County studio, Phil’s black and white fine art photography has been featured in Cosmopolitan Magazine. His photographic art has been featured in many Orange and Los Angeles County art galleries. His photographic artwork can be found on many web sites that feature his nude and erotic images, his black and white photography of hot rods, and classic Cadillacs for automotive art collectors in Southern California and New York.
